Exposed fastener roofs are a great option for pole barns, sheds, or other storage buildings. The exposed faster system is just what it sounds like. The panels are installed with the fasteners exposed to the elements. A weatherized plastic washer is used to seal the fastener and prevent leaks. Our exposed fastener roofing system is comprised of heavily coated 29-guage steel corrugated panels.
- most commonly used on barns, sheds, businesses, and as an economical choice for residential homes.
- installed by fasteneing the panels directly to the roof decking with weatherized washers and color matching machine screws.
- fasteners are exposed to the weather and visible on the roof.
- roof panels are coated in Sherwin-Williams® WeatherXL™ coating and finish which uses a silicone-modified polyester paint for more protection from harsh illinois weather
- has a 40-year paint fade warranty.
