NEAT Rewards Points will be added to the members’ "NEAT Rewards account" for any purchases through NEAT Home Renovations. Rewards consist of credits called “points” and will be given based on the following parameters: 1 NEAT Rewards point = $1.00 in value, not redeemable as cash and only as product or service credit to be used with NEAT Home Renovations. For every $20.00USD spent with NEAT Home Renovations the member will receive one(1) NEAT Rewards Point. (EX: $1,000.00 USD spent = 50 NEAT Rewards points) 

NEAT Rewards members will be given a member number and associated card once NEAT Home Renovations has received the rewards members NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, and EMAIL, and NEAT has processed the information into their system. NEAT Rewards will be added to the members’ account for any purchases through NEAT Home Renovations. NEAT Rewards points earned ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH, OR FOR PURCHASES ANYWHERE OTHER THAN NEAT HOME RENOVATIONS. REWARD MUST BE REDEEMED BY THE REWARDS MEMBER AND IDENTIFICATION MAY BE REQUESTED BEFORE APPROVAL. **To redeem rewards points the rewards member must contact NEAT home Renovations by phone, email, or in person, and present rewards number and member information.**

By signing up for NEAT Rewards the rewards member agrees to subscribe to an email and SMS marketing and advertisement list. Special offers and promotions may be sent throughout the year and some promotions will be exclusive to rewards members only. Informational messages or emails may be sent out as well. Standard SMS data rates apply. NEAT Home Renovations & NEAT Landscapes may use the FIRST NAME, ADDRESS, PRODUCT SELECTION, & PHOTOGRAPHS (ALTERED OR UNALTERED) OF COMPLETED WORK for any NEAT Rewards member for marketing & advertisement purposes at any given time.
